There is no 'standard' action plan, it is always tailor-made.


    So I will first talk to you as the client to formulate a clear objective. We will then gain clarity together by looking at the current situation, the pain points and your wishes and aspirations. From here we will draw up an action plan together to achieve the intended objective based on the current situation.


Sidekick uses various practical evidence-based coaching and training models with which we jointly map out what is needed to grow as a person, team or organization.

Welcome to

My name is Stefan van Heugten, I live in Herten, near Roermond.

Through the healthcare sector and the events industry I ended up in the medical device industry. There I held various management positions at leading international companies (including multinationals such as Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic).

I now have more than 20 years of experience in team management and coaching. The teams I managed were diverse, motivated and successful.


Based on the need to get more satisfaction from my work and to really make an impact, I started my own company HealthCare Professional services in 2019 for interim management assignments in the Med-tech sector.

 

In 2022, the collaboration with Saskia Haafkes from Lysna.world was established. After which I decided to label the training, coaching and consultancy activities with a new name; Sidekick.

The name says it all, a sidekick is someone who stands close to you (but in the background), thinks along and helps to make your activities even more successful.
